Purpose of the Supplier’s Meeting: to provide interested suppliers with the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the basic conditions of the planned procurement, to identify the ability of interested suppliers to provide a tender proposal in accordance with the Employer’s Requirements/Technical Specification and to receive comments/proposals from interested Suppliers for improving the procurement documentation.
Comments and proposals from interested suppliers shall be submitted electronically in writing till 27 June 2025 (including) via the e-Tendering subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System (EIS) where the Supplier’s Meeting documents are published, or by e-mail to: iveta.dementjeva@ldz.lv.
