Subsidiary Company LDz Cargo Ltd. Will Provide Wide Range of Transport Services
LDz Cargo Ltd., a subsidiary company of SJSC Latvijas dzelzceļš, has established its own subsidiary – LDz Cargo Loģistika Ltd. (LDz Cargo Logistics Ltd.). The newly established company will provide freight forwarding and a wide range of transport services.
The main functions of LDz Cargo Loģistika Ltd. will be to offer unified intermodal service to the clients that includes the use of different kinds of transport and infrastructure, int.al. to ensure implementation of domestic and international transportation “door to door” schemes.
LDz Cargo Loģistika Ltd. will work in close collaboration with LDz Cargo Ltd., ports and terminals, as well as with transport service providers to work out and ensure optimal and competitive freight transportation solutions.
