One train will be running to Moscow in autumn/winter season

During the autumn/winter period, when passenger flow in international traffic falls considerably, from 01 October 2009 until 29 May 2010 with departure from Riga, and from 02 October 2009 until 30 May 2010 with departure from Moscow there will be running one joint train Riga-Moscow (departure from Riga at 18:10 Latvian time, arrival in Moscow at 12:16 Moscow time; departure from Moscow at 21:02 Moscow time, arrival in Riga at 12:05 Latvian time). Additional carriages will be added to the train.

In the period between Christmas and the New Year from 24 December 2009 until 09 January 2010 there will be running both trains: train No. 2/1 Riga – Moscow (departure from Riga at 16:20 Latvian time, arrival in Moscow at 09:41 Moscow time; departure from Moscow at 19:10 Moscow time, arrival in Riga at 10:10 Latvian time) and train No. 4/3 Riga – Moscow (departure from Riga at 18:10 Latvian time, arrival in Moscow at 12:16 Moscow time; departure from Moscow at 21:02 Moscow time, arrival in Riga at 12:05 Latvian time).

Following passenger demand there are possible changes to the train timetable. It will be announced later.

In eight months of this year LDz Cargo has carried almost 180 thousand passengers in international traffic.
