LDz Inquiries

1181 is an information telephone for LDz customers and passengers. If you dial 1181, you will get inquiries regarding running of passenger trains, fare, traffic regulations in the domestic and international services and other issues related to passenger traffic. The office informs also on the contact phone numbers of railway staff from various structural units that are engaged e.g. in freight traffic or other economic activities.

The railway inquiry service is available round the clock and provides inquiries in Latvian, Russian and English.
